JDS accepted a job fitting some doors. Took 50% deposit off me and then when they turned up they refused to fit them saying it was too difficult and they didn?t know how to fit them. The carpenter clearly just didn?t want to do the job.Now I can?t get my deposit back because their office team won?t respond to me.Avoid.Service: Installation

We asked for quotations to remove our internal wall and convert the dining room and kitchen into a kitchen diner. After an initial quotation and a delay from lockdown we had JDS proceed with the work and they were fantastic.All of Paul's team made the whole experience a pleasure and we highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.Brilliant workmanship but also brilliant people.Special mention to Keith our builder and Helen the project manager who couldn't help us more both during and after the project.

JDS did a really fabulous job on our bathroom. From design to the last lick of paint it went even better than I had dared hope, all very clean and neat and within the stated time frame. Special mention for Mark our ?builder? who was super efficient and tidy, and really receptive to tweaking things as we went along which was great. I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone and just LOVE my bathroom!!! I go and stand in there and just smile - its wonderful and thank you again to the whole team.

I was recommended by a local kitchen design studio to use JDS as decorators after the kitchen was fitted because of their high standard of work. I was not disappointed as their workmanship was second to none. I myself am fickle and they listened to all my requirements and suggested better solutions. I have no hesitation and recommending them. I am responsible for two business establishments in Oxford (Hotels - 30 bedrooms across two sites) and I have used JDS extensively for both small and large jobs over the last 8 years or so. One property underwent a massive refurbishment last winter and JDS were heavily involved. Everything from decoration to significant structural work was carried out by their team and I am always pleased with their work. Their supportive and 'can do' approach to everything makes the entire company a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend JDS and I'll be calling them again very soon for more work.

JDS were recommended to me by a local company that they regularly work with. Their service was very good on all fronts. The decorating and associated works were to a high standard and our house was left orderly at the end of each day. The office were very efficient and always kept me informed on progress and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They were very helpful in liaising with other suppliers to make sure everything happened in the right order.
