The restaurant looks lovely and the staff are great but the food here is pretty bad. Expensive for what you get and the quality of the food wasn?t great. They did offer to swap our meals to something different and gave us free desserts but I can?t recommend this restaurant in good faith.

We were very hungry whilst we?re coming back from shopping at Bicester village:) We booked this place without knowing but WOW! It?s very impressive with its decor, vibe, cleanliness, staff, food taste and service! The staff are very professional, well trained and polite. We unexpectedly had a very lovely dinner here and will definitely come back again??

We were staying at the hotel and had an 8.30 booking for a Saturday evening. After a cocktail in the lovely bar, we were shown to our table. The service was excellent throughout and the ambience and atmosphere was wonderful (maybe the music choice could have been a bit classier but it wasn't too loud). The food was good brasserie style. Exceeded my expectations.

Food quality varies between okay and awful depending on the dish. Most of the mains are served with the exact same accompaniments, so the kitchen can avoid any hard work. Service was also bad, very rude, abrasive. Staff will shove hot plates of food right past your face. The restaurant itself is well appointed, when you?re not tripping over the wet floor sign positioned directly behind a door. This place could be great, but it?s not.Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free menu available on request, though either the kitchen or the server didn?t seem to understand it.

?rack of lamb? consisted of 2 (two) lamb chops. ?King prawns? were shrimps swimming in (not olive) oil. Overall unexpectedly UNDERWHELMING. Service was fine. So much lost potential.

The Brasseries' is in a contemporary hotel and offers up-scale brasseries food plus dishes with an Indian influence. The staff was friendly, the room is bright and pretty. The seafood we had was very fresh. Try and get a banquette.

Horrendous service. I can?t actually believe how appalling this hotel is, they literally don?t care. No management on site for the entirety of my stay, numerous issues unresolved.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who kindly changed our arrival time to help us out. They don?t take a deposit unlike some restaurants. Decor was lovely, the menu was spot on for an Easter Family meal and well executed. I was very happy and relieved to have found somewhere new that?s both reasonable and great quality that everyone in my family enjoyed. That can be rare these days and it meant we had a great family day out!

We were disappointed with our meal here. The staff are not well trained. The correct cutlery was never given with any part of our meal so we had to constantly ask. We were served by multiple staff so we were constantly asked the same questions or completely ignored. At one stage all staff disappeared and we were left unable to order any more food or drinks for over 40 minutes. The quality of the food is ok but not worth the money they are charging. We have eaten in many five star restaurants and have received much better service and food for a lower price, and left feeling full. You will not feel full here. We will not be returning.
