Worst sauce I have ever tasted. I grow my own herbs I love mint and I love lamb but not this version. The ?mint?sauce ruined beautifully cooked tender lamb. It smelled of soap and tasted like it too.this was a special anniversary meal with lovely Chateauneuf du Pape wine so this was sad especially as chef went to the trouble of nice touch of little sweet treats at the end of our meal.

We had a ball both nights being served by Hassan. This hotel definitely had its faults but the restaurant was not one of them! Our main waiter Hassan really lets his personality shine and my husband and I both had a great experience because of him. Food was also delicious and bartender also very friendly and welcoming. Honestly if you live close enough you should definitely check out the restaurant for the 3 course meal! Service- fantastic, food delicious? oh and almost forgot- cocktails also excellent!

Wow the food is very good here the starters and mains were not only delicious but I was blown away by the presentation it was something from a high end diner in London . The meal was reasonably priced combined with excellent service and a beautiful location.

My wife and I were staying in the Cotswolds for my 50th birthday. She booked lunch in the Grays restaurant for 2pm which was confirmed in an email to her. We turned up looking forward to lunch to be told the restaurant doesn?t open till 6pm and we must be wrong. My wife even produced the email with the details. The young lady was polite enough and got the duty manager. He turned up looking scruffy and was very rude and offered no concessions resulting in us walking out. Standards start at the top and if this man was the manager then no wonder they can?t get things right. Would never go back there, for such a prestigious venue the customer service was really quite shocking.

I treated my daughters to a spa day and Afternoon Tea to celebrate one of their birthdays. Fantastic! Food and service were impeccable. To top it all off they presented her with a fabulous birthday cake that they wrapped for us to enjoy at home as we were so full after our Afternoon Tea.
