“It was a pleasure to donate three bags of books & DVDs to such a very worthy cause. In Sobell House my late Grandfather was very well looked after in 1996 as was my late Mother roughly 20 years later in 2016. The store seemed very well stocked with well presented & easy to find donations and was very clean & tidy. Volunteers were very polite & dedicated and a joy to talk to.I hope to add some photos to improve this review & look forward to donating more to this excellent charity shop as my clear out continues at home. Please do donate & make purchases at this excellent charity shop as it is a fine cause to support. On the morning on June 30th 2022 I was delighted to donate another couple of bags of donations. The volunteer who took the donations enabled me to fill in an online form to gift aid my donations. She also informed me that it is possible to buy book cases at their Bicester branch & have them delivered which will be a huge help. This really is first class customer service & am deeply grateful.
