It was a pleasure to donate three bags of books & DVDs to such a very worthy cause. In Sobell House my late Grandfather was very well looked after in 1996 as was my late Mother roughly 20 years later in 2016. The store seemed very well stocked with well presented & easy to find donations and was very clean & tidy. Volunteers were very polite & dedicated and a joy to talk to.I hope to add some photos to improve this review & look forward to donating more to this excellent charity shop as my clear out continues at home. Please do donate & make purchases at this excellent charity shop as it is a fine cause to support. On the morning on June 30th 2022 I was delighted to donate another couple of bags of donations. The volunteer who took the donations enabled me to fill in an online form to gift aid my donations. She also informed me that it is possible to buy book cases at their Bicester branch & have them delivered which will be a huge help. This really is first class customer service & am deeply grateful. Ridiculously over priced, prices same as brand new items, bit of a joke considering their stocknis donated and we are having a cost of living crisis, wont go back here.

Looking at all the comments from others, I have to say that I tend to agree. The stock in this shop is overpriced compared to the other shops in Kidlington. I see the function of charity shops as two fold. They raise funds, but also provide a service for those who cannot afford high street prices. Charity shops would do well to remember that their stock is donated so they have nothing to lose by fair pricing.

Shopped here a lot in the past, but has become far too expensive, I know the money goes to an excellent cause but maybe if the prices were a little more reasonable they would sell more items and actually increase the amount of money through the till

Grossly overpriced charity shop. Understandably money goes to a good place, but seriously way too overpriced items. I think more could be done in terms of utilising the space within the charity shop. I also find too many items in one rail, they are too stuffed together.
