First time visiting the 'Smile With Us' dental practice. So glad I did!
I needed to see a hygienist and to get a new dentist. I saw Anitha, who was brilliant! I explained that I had quite a lot of sensitivity and preferred a manual clean. She honoured this and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. At one point she found a spot of plaque that was difficult to remove due to some overcrowding on my bottom jaw. She explained that the water jet might do a better job. I was concerned, but she reassured me that she would stop if there were any issues with sensitivity, additionally she numbed the area with some numbing gel to minimise the risk of causing pain.
The tricky plaque was removed with no pain, even with the water jet.?
My teeth feel super clean and I did not experience any pain. Anitha is skilled, professional and empathetic which made the whole experience much better than normal-Thank you, Anitha?
I also had fabulous service from the reception team on the day that I attended my appointment. Kerry and Julia were welcoming, professional and helpful when I arrived which put me at ease straight away.
After my appointment, Julia talked me through Denplan and organised for me to have a new patient appointment so that I can properly register at the practice.
The practice is also very easy to find with its bright pink door, which made me smile!
Well done, 'Smile With Us' team. I had a brilliant first experience of the practice. I feel confident that I and my teeth will be well taken care of.

Avoid at all costs. Damaged my tooth enamel, refused to take responsibility, and tried to scapegoat their dental hygienist and make her refund me directly. Very shabby building as well.

I have recently received excellent treatment at Smile with Us dental practice. Amit Kumar took time to explain the process of using a sample of my own blood to be used on the space left after my tooth extraction. I agreed to this and was thrilled not to need any follow up painkillers. Following the care guidance given to me has led to a quick recovery. Thank you!

All the usual treatments with the team at Smile with Us have been exemplary but I had a more complex one recently I was a little concerned about. I need not have worried. The care and professionalism and after care and to add the almost complete lack of pain has been outstanding! Thank you.

I'm fairly new to the practice. Was a bit nervous moving from my previous dentist due to house move. But I have to say, the care has been great. All staff are really friendly and welcoming. Amit K is a great dentist. He has been fighting my corner with my annoying wisdom tooth as annoyingly no one wants to take it out/touch it due to being at a high risk of nerve damage. However, Amit has been going out of his way to find an outcome .
Highly recommend this dentist.

As a formerly very nervous patient who was too scared to go to the dentist, I did some research and found Smile With Us Dentistry, known for their pain-free procedures. This was over a year ago, and I now attend appointments confidently thanks to the amazing care I receive from Amit and the dental hygienists at this practice. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Smile With Us highly enough. I have had in the past awful experiences with dentists and as a result not been to see a dentist for over 7 years. I had been recommended Smile With Us by friends and therefore made an appointment as I needed urgent dental work done. From the time I entered the clinic the lovely ladies on reception were truly lovely and friendly and they knew I was nervous and apprehensive to say the least, and they put me at my ease by reassuring me all would be well. They were totally right! I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted the and Amit the dentist from the start to finish was so caring, and professional always asking if I was alright and comfortable I knew I was in safe hands and the dental nurses were lovely, caring and professional too . I will definitely be a long term patient, and this coming from a person terrified of the dentist is testimony to all at Smile With Us.

I?ve been with smile with since I was child and always had a great experience with Janet and her team to Amit and his team who have taken over the practice for a while now.
I went in for a filling which is the first dental procedure I?ve had done ever. I was feeling very nervous and from entering the dentist I was made to feel at ease. Amit was extremely informative and reminded me that I was in control and that we could stop at any moment. He let me know what he was doing step by step and gave me plenty of local anaesthetic. This was what I was most nervous about but he gave me some breathing exercises to do while injecting and I hardly felt anything from the injection which was such a relief - I wouldn?t even describe the feeling as painful.
It didn?t take too long to do and everything was done perfectly. Although my mouth is numb I didn?t walk out with a droopy face which I was expecting from local anaesthetic!
Overall my experience has always been 100% positive with this dentist and I?ve always been made to feel welcome and not to be embarrassed with any dental problem I have.
If anyone is looking for a private dentist to join then I would highly recommend smile with us. Great team and fab experience.

Smile with us were excellent! I would highly recommend them. They provided a very thorough and helpful service and always did whatever they could to make appointments for when suited me. After treatment my teeth look better than I ever could have imagined
