This is more about the delivery than the place. I had instructed parcel force to leave the package with a neighbour. They didn't and they left a note saying the parcel was at the depot. Well of course I went ( it is 19 miles from home) and no parcel. The lady there apologised and said she would make sure it was there the following day, which it was. Thanks to her. Google maps only gets you to the turning for Langford Locks - I will endeavour to altar this for future parcel hunters...

Staff was a bit aggressive and the actual driver did not deliver the package twice in a row. As per parcel force style the phone operators were making excuses about snow etc but in fact we didn't have any snow that week. Reminds me why I avoid parcel forceI gave two stars because at least I was able to drive 20 miles on a Saturday to get my package to be greeted with abrasive staff.

Another long winded unnecessary time wasting message when you call. If we are suing the phone, we want to speak to a person. Otherwise we can use email - idiots
