My partner and I got 2 travel vaccines at this pharmacy. Even though it was very busy, both times the pharmacist was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I will 100% be going back if I need any more travel vaccines.

It has been three days since I ran out of my medication. Because of the weekend and the bank holiday, I was only able to obtain an urgent prescription this morning. However, the pharmacy said to me they could not prepare it until later in the evening and, if I was desperate, I should go elsewhere with the prescription. I had to go to another pharmacy, where they were able to provide my medication immediately. I am currently dealing with the sudden interruption of my medication, and I found the staff at the Kidlington pharmacy to be so busy and dismissive.

No issues with medicines that have been collected. The entry on Google for this pharmacy shows that they do deliveries. I rang up to arrange collections and was told that they do not offer this service. The details on Google need to be updated.

Why do they make a simple task so complicated, there are also so many breaches of privacy in such a small store. No one needs to know my address. Every time I have collected medication I feel so frustrated, never wanting to return.

Visited the pharmacy yesterday when picking up my regular medications. Ready as usual. However, I had been bitten in between my fingers in the garden and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. It?s much better today.

Excellent service, both clinical and dispensing. Pharmacist was particularly good with my 6 year old - taking time to reassure and explain what he was doing when examining her ears during to suspected infection. Feel v lucky to have this as my local!

Had to get some emergency meds on a Sunday. Other pharmacies didn't stock, phoned Kidlington Pharmacy first, polite and knowledgeable on phone. Meds were waiting for me when I arrived. Great service, good end to a stressful day.

Positive changes, staff for the most part are friendly, helpful. Pharmacists are always on hand and even when stressed will do their best to guide and or advise. Many thanks, they have to deal with grumpy heads.
This was always my preferred pharmacy with most staff being polite and helpful. Since the change at the pharmacy it?s become slow, medication not ready when it should be. I?ve been asked in front of others what?s your medication, like list them out in front of these people. Would normally be a 5 star rating but I just feel let down. What?s gone wrong.
