I?m a regular at IMO Car Wash Kidlington, but the quality really depends on who?s working. No matter which programme you pay for ? even the pricey Ultra HD with extras ? the service is often rushed and careless. Recently, after choosing one of the top washes, my car was only foamed at the front and the rest barely touched. Too often it feels like staff are just doing the bare minimum, which is disappointing when you?re paying extra.

Just got my car washed at IMO Kidlington and it looks amazing! The team was super friendly and really took care of every detail. Inside and out, my car?s sparkling. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I?ve had ? will be back!

Paid for a wash that includes an Alloy Wheel Clean and an Alloy Wheel Spa..this is poor. 2nd time this has happened in 2 visits. Why does this keep happening. Training issue? Can't be bothered? Not sure but for a premium price it isn't a premium service.

I am a huge fan of imo wash due to their quality and efficiency. But looks like now they are focusing only on getting the money. After paying £14 for a small hatchback and yet so many spots missed completely during wash and drying was horrible! The pre wash person should take things seriously and put the foam and brush on areas that the machine can't reach that's why he is standing there but looks like he is not bothered at all... Will never return and do not recommend it for anyone who wants a decent wash. If you have a hatchback or small car it's better to go for a hand wash as it works out to be cheaper and better.

This car wash was recommended by a neighbour. Good service. They were polite and efficient. I was especially pleased when the manager (Kadi) checked with me about paint spray pattern he noticed on my car (it happened when I parked on a construction site). Kadi was able to suggest a product to remove it, showed me how to do it when they were not busy for a moment - he even helped out with it. Kadi went over and above of any expectations one could have. And I now have a clean car without the white paint it was sprayed with before. Big thanks. Will definitely come back in the future and will be recommending this IMO too.
