I was made to feel very unwelcome. Ignored when I arrived into the store, waited 10 minutes and still no acknowledgement. Terrible customer service skills and unfriendly member of staff!

Great service from Sarah, we took a while deciding where to go and Sarah was very helpful in looking for the right place for us. Will definitely book through Sarah again

Very efficient. Unfortunately we had to cancel our hol, but we r going to go next year. They were very good at handling this.
