Absolutely awful service, we drove an hour to a property viewing this morning for no one to turn up ! We had made multiple calls in the week to confirm and yet no one answered or called us back after saying they would and then when at the property at 10am we got told the woman wouldn?t be back in the office until 1pm to then not even say they would book us in for a viewing even after that wait, and was told they had no way of contacting the woman who was meant to be at our viewing. Time wasters, very unprofessional, no manners or understanding to people?s situations and very glad we dodged a bullet with this company, will never use them again ! Joke !

I'd like to endorse the professionalism of Chancellors Estate Agents and particularly Shai Maguire. We have been trying to rent a retirement apartment at the Watson Place development in Chipping Norton. It's been a complex introduction as McCarthy & Stone are involved as well as the private landlord. There has been much interest from other 3rd parties hoping to rent the same apartment, but Shai has been calm and provided us with feedback at every turn of the process.
