Great Tesco
Tesco Henley is your usual Tesco were you can pick up all the essentials and more. It is actually a decent size and had lots of amenities (including cafeteria, toilets, etc).
We really liked it and shopped here a few times whilst in this region.
The parking is also very large so not problem to park.

While visiting the store to do some shopping, I returned to my car to find that the battery had unfortunately died. As someone who lives three hours away, I was understandably quite stressed. I went back into the store and asked at the front desk if they could make an announcement to see if anyone had jump leads.
That?s when a staff member, Stacey, overheard and immediately offered to help. She said she had some in her car and was more than happy to assist. Along with her colleague Hari, they helped get my car started again ? and thanks to them, I was able to make the long journey home safely.
I didn?t get the chance to come back inside and properly thank them as I had to get on the road, but I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Both Stacey and Hari went above and beyond, and I?m incredibly grateful.

I left a bag of shopping on the back of my trolley, got home and realised that items were missing. I drove back to the store, fingers crossed that someone had taken the bag to Customer Servives. Someone had, THANK YOU. And to the staff at Henley that helped me once I had arrived. A big thank you to.

Staff are great especially Isabel with the dangly earrings. But ? no recycling facilities anymore and the fruit and veg area is filthy on floor at bottom of shelving etc.

Tesco Henley - You don?t have enough check out staff and your new Manual Self Service bulk check outs are absolute rubbish.
Why have I spent 20mins trying to check out my family shop?.? Every item needs a store log in.
Absolute misery. It?s a rubbish system, get rid of it and put staff on!!!

This shop is pointless.
The good bits. It is bright & clean & the staff are helpful.
The issue is the range of produce, it?s a big store so it can carry variety.
But it doesn?t. It simply sells the cheapest low-end crap you can buy. Row upon row of cheap & nasty.

I was in ur Henley store today as I was in the line to pay for my things I saw one of members think his name was Paul he want out of his way and beyond to help a elderly customer who lose his wallet so ur Paul payed the customer shopping we need more ppl like Paul you have a good person working for u

Popped in today to grab some cough medicine and it was on the pharmacy shelf, the lady behind the pharmacy counter with white curly hair shouted at me & my daughter that it was shut? despite it being 1pm on a Friday afternoon and the lady in front was being served. I politely asked if I could take it & pay at another checkout & again I was shouted at they were closed? full on aggression. I assume they were closing for a stock take as there were several staff behind the counter? Why do miserable people want to be so unkind to others? Why do they want to work in customer facing roles? Won?t be going there again.

I?m hoping to reach as many people as possible. A very unwell disabled lady visited store recently and was helped by

Stacey and Benji, they went out to their way to assist, with wheelchair, and benji set up the easy pay. And the rest. Stacey helped at self checkout and Ian walked back to the car to retrieve the wheelchair! This tesco is the one to learn from. What absolutely fantastic service, and heartfelt gestures. Five stars easily
