No number to call to find out opening hours. Nothing to do with staff. Trying to establish pharmacy open hours (different to store). It recommends calling the pharmacy to find out except the no given 0117 is not a local number and rings out as ?number not recognised?.

Rude and obnoxious man that was serving. Interrogated me as to why I was asking for nurofen plus. Insisted he knew the reason and had a very rude tone to him. I shall be putting in a complaint to head office. He works on a Sunday and has glasses to identify him.

Probably one of the worse pharmacies I've ever been to, they are outrageously slow, they always miss things off the prescriptions and dont tell you, hence almost always having to do a second visit for what seems to be a straight forward job for other pharmacies, fingers crossed this post will change managment at some point to someone who can manage employees and the inner workings of a business without such shortfalls .
