Ignored as would not take any orders this place needs east euro staff quickly. Shame as Starbucks in a place like Henley should thrive but I guess east euro workers can?t afford to live here

Arrived around 12.55 and ordered a black coffee. Place was about 1/2 full maybe 20 customers. Stood there for ten minutes, and no sign of my coffee. Finally, I walked out. £3.50 put down to experience I will never go there again. Total waste of my time and money.

Terrible service - 5 staff (children) behind the counter, talking between themselves and appear to be more interested in each other than actually serving customers. Ordered two frappucino, both absolutely tasteless and was merely a two cups of milk with huge ice cubes. Drinks are expensive enough in these establishments so when you do pay for it, you expect a half decent drink. Urgent staff training needed and maybe an adult to supervise. Will not be visiting this place again.

Walked in, 5 young members of staff behind counter, all talking. Went to sit down when I noticed how dirty the seats were, then a customer came in with 2 dogs, one of the staff came from behind the counter to stroke dogs, but had no time to wipe our dirty table over when we arrived. Young lads were sitting in eating food from elsewhere just sheltering from the rain, plus people were walking in off the streets using the toilet which was unclean. Would not recommend this place.

Visited Starbucks in Henley with my 11 year old-Starbucks-obsessed daughter earlier this week and had a lovely experience. Kind, chatty staff that gave all the help we needed when picking a drink and my daughter was able to get hold of the James Charles ?pink drink? which she was obsessed with! The only trouble was slight let down from a brunette-curly-haired teenage boy who?s customer service was clearly behind the others- it appeared he was new or didn?t want to be there. Very different atmosphere from other Starbucks, in the best way! Much more homely and friendly people that care rather than shocking service and lack of conversation that i have experienced in other stores around the country. Very clean and I watched the cafe being actively cleaned at all times by a member of staff (unfortunately she dropped a bottle of spray that spillled everywhere which we were able to have a giggle about!) I also couldn?t help but notice the positivity board they have in their cafe which we fell in love with- my daughter has it plastered and hashtagged on her instagram! Overall, fabulous and the best Starbucks we have visited!

I have been to Starbucks a couple of times in my previous review it was lovely and likeable. In this review I am outraged of the amount of people standing behind the counter (6). There were 6 people behind the counter and not one served me. Also the lack of training involved is outstanding. Some customer had to help the staff because they were incapable of doing it themselves. If it was up to me I?d hire the young lad. He looked much more professional!!!!

I wouldn't normally bother to write a review about a coffee experience but ..... popped into Henley this morning, decided to try a coffee from Starbucks - despite deciding not to return a few years ago as coffee was inferior. So, against my better judgement - ordered a cappuccino and flat white. The girl preparing the coffee barely looked up, and just pushed the coffees at me. The flat white was disgusting, watery and no flat ! Took it back - and asked politely if it could be changed. Same girl looked at me and said "really?" - explained why, she then proceeded to slam stuff around whilst re-making. I told her that she needed to lose the attitude and learn some manners. Didn't even apologise, just shoved the coffee across the counter - still disgusting so poured it away. Avoid at all costs (namely £6.50 for 2 coffees). Much better independents in the town with polite staff!

My food wasn?t served properly. Everything was a mess. And the most important thing was that?s the staff working there were more important on there phones (under 18s) than working, especially when it was busy. Do not recommend. If they are gonna work there. No phones. Clean the place. Sort themselves out.

this was the best starbucks i ever went to, i went on Sunday and the people working were so lovely and happy and inviting- put me in a good mood. will be returning soon.

It was quiet when i ordered, had to wait about 10 minutes for my drink to be made (considering there were 3 people behind and only one customer infront of me thats not really ok) , all while 2 of the people working were chatting about downloading an app?! Shouldnt this be done at break time? Or when theres no customers? Got my drink which was missing caramel sauce from topping, when i asked for it to be put on i felt like i had massively offended her. Seems no leadership or management going on at the time and more of a social outing for the people who worked there. Its been getting increasingly worse so i wont be returning again.

I don't really know why I have frequented this store as often as I have over the years. Visited again today - no stock of Chai Tea so ordered Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Asked for cream, came without, asked for pumpkin spice powder for the top, came without, asked for cinnamon powder instead, came without - the member of staff just laughed. Out of all the PSLs I've had from this store I've never actually managed to have one with the full ingredients! Can't wait for eggnog latte season..... (roll of eyes). As for the service, WOW is all I can say (and not as a compliment). Just listening to the staff moaning about how long they've worked that day, how they've broken a fingernail, and generally chatting rubbish, with the service speed of a glacier. Get your act together Starbucks Henley - order more stock so you can actually fulfill the drinks on the menu and recruit staff who actually want to work there (or at the very least are efficient).

Very poor service I'm afraid. It took over 20 mins from when I walked in store until I got my drink, even though I was 2nd in que. Seemed like a lot of staff, 6 I counted, but no-one seemed to organising things. ?

Service was slow when it was quiet. With a change of staff may have improved.
