Love to have this in Henley, but wheelchair or buggy access is near impossible if you're on your own, not the shops fault, many like this in Henley on that side of the road but I'd go more often if I had better access hence one star down

I visited the Henley store yesterday for the first time. I was extremely impressed with the help and advice I received from Amber. I have a sensitive skin therefore needed help and advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Amber who gave me some samples as a starter along with advice. I will certainly be visiting your Henley store again.
