Called into Bell street branch to collect a few items, large queue at till and no one serving. One shop worker did appear and was dealing with a customers issue?.other shop workers milling around but no one going behind the counter to serve the queue of customers??.myself and another customer left our items and walked out.
This follows an occasion last week when a large dirty badly dressed shop attendant stacking the shelves called me ?Lad?!?..I?m 64 and he was probably 20 and badly trained

Very good Sainsbury?s in a very convenient location in Henley town. Not particularly expensive especially in comparison with the larger supermarkets in the area, namely Waitrose and Tesco. Has had everything I?ve ever gone in for. 6 self service, checkout counters. Friendly service if you need it. Not usually busy, and never a hassle to visit for a few loose items. Highly recommended.

Great shop but the staff isn't very helpful, especially the old man at the entrance of the store.
