Bonds were the selling agent on our purchase and they were absolutely fantastic. From arranging viewings with Laura and submitting an offer to going along the journey with Phil. They were really clear, had great communication and reassured throughout. Big shout out to Phil especially, he was on our side and pushed everyone along (including the agents we were selling through - not bonds) whilst being personal and professional. Not planning to move for a long time but if I was then I?d go straight to Bonds to work with.

I really appreciate all the assistance William gave during my viewing of appartments. He was always willing to answer questions, whether that was via phone or email, and if he did not know the answer he strove to get me the answer as quickly as possible. Throughout the viewing and subsequent discussions he was professional and offered useful advice for the offer process, culminating in me deciding to offer for the appartment. I would certainly recommend Bonds' services.

I have had such a positive experience with Bonds over the last year. From each step of the rental process I have always had 1 named estate agent who is always on hand to answer my questions and nothing is ever to much to ask. Grace has always been very friendly and helpful from day one of moving in to now finding a new rental for me! All issues during my rental were dealt with incredibly quickly and I have always been kept informed of things happening as soon as anyone knows about them. Every member of staff I have dealt with at bonds is incredibly friendly and always happy to help and ensure the best for their clients! I look forward to one day buying my first home with their help.

The real estate agent I dealt with, William Obrien, was friendly and professional. He was able to assist with my enquiries and shepherd me through the purchase process effectively. Bonds generally were always swift to respond to any of me enquiries and I have found the company excellent thus far which makes buying a house so much easier. They facilitate communication between all parties effectively. Five stars!

Laura WIlkinson did a great job on the sale of our house. The stress was taken away from us by Laura performing all the viewing, negotiating a price, being able to provide solicitor, financial contacts etc. and going above and beyond to push for our exchange and completion dates throughout the whole chain. In short outstanding.Hello review reader - we worked with Bonds to sell our property across the tricky covid and lockdown periods. It was a challenge for the team but Daniel Bond was very clear and realistic in his initial meeting with us on his expectations of the potential sale price for us. Daniel was open about the different way of the Bonds team way of working, their ethos, what makes them so successful and crucially was able to deliver. I really appreciated Daniel's candour and transparency.The Bonds team were fantastic in marketing the property.
