Thank you to Jo and staff at the Henley on Thames store for their excellent customer service and support. They helped me choose some platform trainers and Shoon boots which I highly recommend as I have Plantar Fasciitis which is very painful. Now my feet are super comfortable they have a return customer. Well done Henley ? Service at its best!

Bought a pair of shoes while on holiday in the UK - returned my shoes to the store to send to the factory because the shoe broke when wearing it for the second time, after many emails back and forth to the factory dealing with Sanj, Isabella & Carys and being notified the shoe was received, i was promised a refund
- no refund received, no answer to my many emails and cannot get through to the factory via phone??? Unhappy customer.

Visited henley for the first time today after a night stay in Marlow with mu husband. Lovely assistant. BUT the shoes were £65 + 20% discount so down to £52. However the shoes I had tried on were not in the box. Although similar black patent with price tag of £54 on the shoe. Live in Bristol so too far to go back. I did by a white pair as well. These were fine

Rather rude shop assistant. Being told with an attitude that they don?t have the sandals their online stocks shows otherwise.

Nice looking shoes but the quality is dreadfulI've had a handbag and two pairs of shoes fall apart shortly after buying them. Very poor when you consider the price.

Great service - Imogen offered to put shoes aside for me which I picked up the next day just after the shop opened. Friendly, down-to-earth staff - great!
