My mother recently sold her house in Henley through Hamptons. She had spent the previous year trying several other agents to no avail. When she approached Matt at the Henley office she was immediately impressed by his warm and professional manner. She felt confident that he would manage to complete the sale and with good reason as a few moths later the sale was agreed. Furthermore the experience was relatively stress free as Matt managed all parts in the chain and the process ran smoothly. She and I could not recommend this business highly enough.

I went through a difficult purchase with Hamptons. I felt they did a poor job at moderating their clients' increasingly hysterical impulses as the sale dragged on. The client even wanted to raise the price in a falling market, although the team at Hamptons did at least talk them out of anything this rash. I explained the reasons for the delays at my end but this was just met with obtuse questions and the unrealistic moving forward of deadlines. I would not recommend selling or buying through this agency considering they charge a premium over a local agent. My solicitors were apalled at the anxiety-inducing tactics the agents used to (counter-productively) try to hurry along the sale.

Absolutely terrible experience with this team, Lupe in particular who lied and deceived their way through the process. We went to sealed bids and were told at the end that we had been the best bid and selected and then 48 hours later were told that they had decided to take another offer. 4 months later we checked and they sold the property for £1k more than our bid, sounds like something bordering fraud is going on in this estate agency. I would never view another property with them again.

Exceptional real estate agency. Having just relocated to the UK and in the property rental market which was chaotic, Pollyanna and the Hamptons team were super responsive, helpful and supportive. Definitely recommend using them if in need of quality rental properties and superior service.

We engaged the premium home team at Hamptons led by Charles Wellbelove and Carina and with all viewings brilliantly conducted by Lupe and cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and skills at marketing our home and generating the best possible offers! They calmly steered us throughout this usually stressful period with the utmost support and expertise which led to us accepting, and then exchanging within the very shortest of time with the very best of purchasers! We bought our house in Wargrave through the Henley branch of Hamptons and the service has been outstanding. Lupe has been extraordinarily responsive and proactive. Absolutely nothing has been too much bother with regards to pushing the sale/our purchase through or liaising with the seller when needed. We were hoping to complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday (end of June), and in the end we completed a whole month before that.

James and Stefano did an excellent job in selling my house. James's leadership was great, putting our needs first, really helping to achieve what we wanted and has great advice and experience. Stefano was a great salesman and relentless in communication with the buyer and always letting me know what was happening, and going above and beyond to make sure it happened, with a positive, can do attitude and great fun to work with over the last 4 months.
