The repair was excellent to my car, I cannot fault the quality of the repair to my vehicle at all.However..They really need to sort out their courtesy car situation. My experience with this was poor.Firstly, I was only offered a manual Corsa when I specifically requested an automatic as my partner has an automatic only license and needed to drive my car. The reason I was told was because all of their automatics were having their MOT.. not sure why all the cars would have this on the same day, that feels like poor planning. (that's what I was told, if that's inaccurate, that's not on me).I couldn't change the car on the day of the MOT as the car failed it's MOT on Tyres.. it's a bit concerning that a customer courtesy car was driving around illegally and unsafely. I was meant to have my car swapped at my convenience but then the driver was on holiday so I had to swap the car myself. I picked up a lovely Grey Xceed but at my own petrol expense. Unfortunately, the rear door didn't lock at all... This worried me, the people repairing my car have a broken car themselves..This time they kindly swapped the grey Xceed for a yellow xceed, brilliant car! Although it's tyres were illegal too... 1.5mm of tried, can't say it was fun in the rain.I'm not impressed with the customer journey at all. This needs to be reviewed. There is enough stress after an accident as there is, I don't expect to have more from a repairer.The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because of the courtesy car issues. The repair is exceptional.

Absolutely fabulous, I couldn't have wished for better. My car was badly damaged in an accident and needed quite a bit of work doing to it. I was given a brilliant courtesy car. I was kept informed regularly and my car was returned like new.Fantastic team of workers ?Many thanks.

They are OK, picked up my accident damaged car drove it to the work shop, fixed the issue and returned the car within a week. Only issue is that they used about 120 miles worth of my fuel and did not refill before returning the car. A bit cheeky really as they would claim all of this back from my insurance.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic repair on my company van, just like last time! Offered me a coffee and a place to sit whilst they helped me with the insurance company and excess info... Very kind people and a very good service! Courtesy car was high spec and almost brand new, cleaned the morning it was loaned to me too! My van was washed and vacuumed before it was made ready for collection as well, which was a very kind touch! Thanks everyone who has helped me through the past few weeks from Fix Auto! You'll definitely see me again, but hopefully not soon ?

Fix auto Henley were amazing throughout the whole of the repair to my car from recovering the car to delivering it back to me. There was fantastic communication with me along the way regarding the status of repairs and when it was due to be finished from their customer service team and estimators. This garage was recommended by an insurer. They have done an excellent job on our vehicle and it was returned cleaned and polished and immaculate inside and out. We were also offered a courtesy car, which was a 69 plate, so almost new. Not required in the end. Very pleased with the work. (I am not a relative of anyone associated with the business, this is a genuinely positive review)

As always the Team here are great. Reasonable prices great Reception team they listen, keep you informed and are fair. Lesley especially is nice. Even made me feel OK about a hefty invoice but loads of work done so I am happy. I'm not sure but doesn't a car always drive better after a service.....

Problem: One of my Company vans had front end damage and was repaired by them. You can't always tell how good a business is unless there is problem. How good are they at resolving it? Body work was repaired quickly but Ford were extremely slow in providing replacement front radar which delayed completion, the vehicle was safely drivable in meantime.Replacement radar was received and fitted but but Fix Auto could not reprogram, they needed Ford/Main Dealer assistance, the Ford dealer could not resolve either with much back and forward, eventually Ford UK updated the dealers software and vehicle now works. These were circumstances beyond Fix Autos control but they were on the case kept me informed, did not give up, or loose faith in their commitment to ensure I was satisfied with the final outcome.
