I found a blue plaster under the cheese not what I expected and especially when I was hung up on 3 times and ended up having to walk down the and was met with nothing but resistance being told that they didn?t have any of the ingredients for my pizza, which I put down to the fact that it was 20 minutes before closing. I?ve honestly never had a more hostile engagement with someone and then my job I specialise in hostage negotiation.

Tried to order a pizza twice over the phone as we didn't have Internet access and was told we had to order via the app, we explained that we didn't have Internet access at that time, which fell on deaf ears and the the very rude person call Kam hung the phone up on us twice. This was on a Sunday night. We will be ordering our pizza from herbies as their customer service is much better and you can order over the phone.
To the management team please address this issue as we don't want to use this store anymore and I'm sure others are probably thinking the same.

YOU CALL THIS A PIZZA!?
i normally come here on a monthly basis and i was served a really disgusting pizza today it looked like second hand food and it was squashed i am disgusted i took pictures of it and threw it away i showed the manager the picture of it and he was disgusted he did admit that it wasn't acceptable to serve something like this i took one bite and it was horrible if i get food poisoning i shall take it up with court this will also be referred to the food standards agency i am disappointed that this had happened as the quality is normally very good i will now go to pizza express to spend a few quid extra for better products also they give you member awards for visiting them unlike this company and the toilet has been out of order for months and it looks like there has been no effort to resolve it i understand it might be a budget issue but if food like this is being served i would highly recommend that you get the toilet sorted for people eat in.

Very disappointing service, I stood around in the shop for 25 minutes and was told multiple times I?ll be served in ?Just one moment?. Wouldn?t recommend this place at all, if you want a pizza get one from the Sainburys 2 minutes down the road as they?re actually cheaper (you just need an oven)

Very terrible customer service , they literally couldn?t be bothered . My order was never delivered , I never got a call for delivery . They didn?t process a refund and still told me I didn?t have a choice but take a £10 coupon after I got debited £28 . Terrible service

To say the customer service is diabolical I spoke to one person they couldn?t be bothered to answer my question so put the phone and when I called back again and asked if they deliver to nettlebed they just said no then put the phone down again and when I tryed to call back they wouldn?t answer my call maybe the management team should train there staff in how to treat customers no wonder they have 3 stars ? and were only in 5 miles up the road

An absolute disgrace. After waiting for 45minutes with the pizza still showing 'preparing' in the tracker I called them to see where are my pizzas. I was told that they have no drivers.....So why accept the order. If I hadn't called I would probably still be waiting! I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. How on earth are you running a fast food delivery business with so many 1 star reviews. Dominos, take back the franchise license. Totally ruined my mid-week guilty pleasure!After being told I would have a refund in a few days, over 1 week later I had nothing and had to chase again. This is almost £50 we are talking about. Incredible. Wont be back!

Awful! The pizza was delivered without sauce, or so little sauce that it can't be seen or tasted. I have ordered from here so many times without any issues but on this occasion I called down to let them know and I was accused of trying to get free pizza. I hope anyone reading this will think twice about accepting a delivery when there is a good chance you won't be getting what you ordered.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered the Chicken Feast and was very ill, sickness and diarrhoea. We won't be ordering a "treat" from Dominos again! If I could give Zero stars, I would. A waste of £48!

Took over an hour to get to mine. I am 12 minutes away. Tried the chips says two servings more like two handfuls if that was stone cold, not even cooked. I?m always disappointed by dominoes and Henley, should of gone for Smokey flames
