Went in today for coffee one young lady in front of me after she was served the young man serving turned his back on me to talk to his colleagues. I was the only one waiting I think he needs a refresher in customer service or was it because I was an older lady.

Amazing atmosphere and staff. So worth a visit for a coffee.
Parking: If your lucky you can find a bay on the road if not there is a car park nearby pay and display.
Kid-friendliness: Lovley seating with an outside garden in the back.

We like this cafe Nero. Nice building and service is good. Been in a couple of times and have had our coffee made by a young lady called Shakirah (think I got the name right) and have to say, it?s an incredibly made coffee. We?re quite the coffee fans and watched how she made it. Perfect temperature. Perfect taste. Thank you and see you again!

Coffee is excellent. Its a pity they haven't a bit more room when it's busy, but if you like better coffee, it doesn't matter.

Love the building, it has a low ceiling, but it makes it such a cosy place to enjoy your coffee and relax with friends. Staff are always kind and helpful.
