I used the services at Boots Opticians for the first time today. I was hesitant at first's I have a complicated eye condition, I needn't have worried, Shahida Parveen is an exceptional Optometrist.
Her in depth knowledge with eye care is second to none!
She explained everything to me in great detail, even referring me to a specialist hospital consultant. For some people, this attention to detail could ultimately save their sight.

My experiences since I first went to Boots Opticians in Henley on Thames, have always been excellent.
I find that one staff member in particular, whose name is Callum, is always very professional, kind and dedicated.
He was very good and very patient at recommending the right glasses frame and lenses for me.
I had acontact lenses check today and the lady who looked after me was lovely, which made this other visit to the shop, very pleasant.

I had the most thorough eye examination i have ever had and everything was fully explained to me as i went along. I was helped to choose the correct frames and lenses. Very happy with the staff and service.
