The pace of service in this store is glacial at times! Younger members of staff are clearly trying and generally offer a smile and a hello. One older lady, medium length brown hair and glasses, is particularly rude and obnoxious! While I live in the town and Boots is conveniently located, I choose to purchase elsewhere now.

First visit was fine. Seems younger employees are more on the ball than older ones. Second visit was painful had issue with swiping advantage card that could have been avoided. Everytime I have visited since the queues are ridiculous- there are only 2 tills and a lot of the time there is only 1 person manning them. Really poor physical resource management. It's not fair to customers, as there is no competition they seem to just act as sloppy as they like.

My friend went to get emergency contraception and was spoken to very rudely by the pharmacist who did her assessment. She felt very judged and was made to feel significantly insecure, was asked very personal questions that were not necessary- ?Will this be a regular occurrence?? In a very condescending tone. The guy she spoke to at the beginning was lovely and reassuring however and she has no complaints about him.

Good stock of personal and health products. Huge welcome as I entered the store. Efficient and friendly service as I paid. An example of how shopping should be. Keep up the good work.

A well laid out store which is well run. It's not the biggest store but has all the everyday essentials you need. Staff were friendly and checkout was quick.

I am very concerned about what?s going on at this Boots in Henley. Their cosmetics stock is basically non-existent. Now that Superdrug has closed, surely this must be an opportunity to step up and fill the gap?? Young people especially, have nowhere to go except Reading/Marlow now. All stock across the shop is threadbare and I?ll be lucky to find the right menopausal support. I?m considering ordering online from Amazon just to be sure I?ll get my monthly supply. Also I had to wait 2 weeks for my online repeat prescription!

This chemist is closed over the Easter weekend? What is wrong with this organisation? People need their prescriptions. This is one of the worst Boots I've ever been in. There is never enough staff and those who are in the chemist department are adept at ignoring customers. I see that the reviews consistently show great dissatisfaction and I wonder if anyone from Boots bothers to monitor such public dissatisfaction.

Just tried to buy night nurse to have one at home if any infection. Lady said I can't have it and I needed to drive to Tesco. I may guess only all because my strong Polish accent.

Visiting family in Henley when I needed an item, but, Boots refused to accept an Ulster Bank £5 note as payment.In my 71st year, this is a first...the note even has Sterling printed on it, something that the Bank of England notes don't have ...Ok, rant over ...I paid by card ?
