Popped in for the afternoon on Sunday as I was early for meeting people at Le Manoir, it was very hot and the FreeDam on tap was one of the best pints I've ever had alcoholic or not!
Was welcomed by the lovely Flora who was super friendly and kindly shared some great travel tips once we got chatting!
Gorgeous pub, beautifully kept in terms of its obvious heritage and currently being sympathetically renovated. The food on the menu looked amazing - I only wish I hadn't eaten before I got there!
A clear winner with locals and yet I felt totally comfortable sitting there on my own getting some work done. Great chilled Sunday afternoon vibes - will absolutely head back the next time I am in the Great Milton area... just wish it wasn't so far away!!

We visited on Easter Monday and had a light lunch before listening to Abi Farrell (a very talented singer) performing in the bar.
The food was very tasty and nicely presented and the service was friendly and efficient. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the pub, and Abi?s performance was excellent, what a treat! .

Great little pub. Food was good and very good hospitality. the manager was very friendly. looks like they're doing a lot of refurbishment as well. The pub looks really good and the restaurant is being expanded definitely one to keep coming back to.

Had a really lovely Sunday lunch.
Nice clean and calm atmosphere, and the roast was one of the best I?ve had in a pub in a long time, the chicken supreme was juicy and delicious but all the sides and veg were also superb, would definitely recommend!

The Bull is our local pub and we love it! For Easter Sunday we booked for our family to have Sunday roast. There were 17 of us altogether and we all agreed that the food and service were excellent. Adults all had fantastic roasts, good portions, tender meat and plenty of gravy (important). The kids meals were good too and the sticky toffee pudding was ?? thank you Flora and Freddie!

The Bull is perfect for local pints and great food. A proper pub & grub.
It is a classic, well maintained thatched building with quality interior decorations, that are modern, tasteful, and respect the history of the pub.
The place is clean, and work is currently being done outside to improve the beer garden. The owners and staff clearly keep the place incredibly well put together.
Highly recommend you stop by if you're passing though Great Milton, to enjoy a nice sandwich and pint in the sun this summer.
