Great pub, friendly staff but shocking food - we had a chicken burger and beef burger and both were overdone and not enjoyable. We were told that they were in between chefs. Would not recommend until a new chef is found.

Found this place after a short drive from our holiday cottage and so glad we did ! It was lunchtime and very busy but we found a table and ordered the pie of the day which we had to wait an hour for but it was well worth the wait it was steak and ale and was all steakand you knew that by waiting so long it was freshly cooked... read full comment
