Amazing restaurant on the river for a surprise family meal for my Mum's birthday. The staff were amazing, so good at helping us keep the secret and looking after the Birthday cake we had bought with us, bringing it out at the perfect time and leading the restaurant in Happy Birthday. Helping to make my Mum feel special. Food was delicious too. Big thank you.

What a find of a pub! My friends and I first stumbled across the Beetle & Wedge whilst out on a dog walk and soon returned to sample the menu! The food is delicious, spectacular views and beautifully restored Venu! The staff were very friendly and helpful - will definitely be back!

Lunch with friends on 02-08-25. What an amazing place! We ate outside but it has plenty of space inside. The weather was perfect with great views of the river.
The service was very efficient and the food was great.

Can?t comment on rooms as we didn?t stay.
The location was tranquil and serene. The staff were amazing and food lovely.
It is however, expensive, it is only somewhere we?d go for a really special occasion.
Our visit was for a wedding meal in the early evening and it all went off without a hitch.

Took my parents for a riverside lunch. Fantastic welcome and service throughout. The table was located with a beautiful riverside view. Food was top quality. An afternoon enjoyed by all, many thanks!

Having chanced upon this gem, I found myself in the fortunate position of having to ?kill some time? here early on a Saturday evening , before returning to my local AirBnB.
I rarely post reviews but felt obliged to say that the management team and all staff are doing a superb job.
110% attention to customer service is a joy to see. Everyone enjoys their jobs too.
I wish them every success which is highly deserved.
