Where do you start? What a fantastic place to visit. Singles, couples and families there is something here for everyone. The first thing that hit me was how the children?s areas had been designed around natural shade. We lost our youngest to Melanoma so this is a big tick for us. There is so much to see and do here and one day doesn?t seem enough to properly explore the sight.
We ended the day at the soft play centre which was immaculately clean and had obviously been well thought out. The cafe was great, a jug of ice cold squash for £2 what a great idea for families. Little cobs for £1.75 and lots of cakes and snacks to choose from. This has been the best day of our holiday in Oxfordshire. I?m sorry I won?t get to explore the shops but hopefully we will return at a later day.
Well done to all the hard working staff who keep this site so well maintained

Today millets really let itself down, we?ve been going to millets farm for over 15yrs but have found it?s slowly going down hill. The bathrooms in the garden centre were awful today also.
We (party of 6 including 1 child) decided to go into the garden centre restaurant for something to eat at 11:40, we were sat quickly as it wasn?t busy. We were told that it was a weird time between the 2 menus being served (breakfast finished at 11:30 & lunch started at 12) and would need to wait until 12 before we could order food which we said was fine. We ordered drinks, 4 soft drinks, 1 coffee and a tea. We waited until 12:20 for our drinks. We asked if we could order food as our 8yr old was getting busy very quickly and was hungry. The waitress said she would send someone over but they never came! We seem to then be ignored while others were sat, served drinks and food orders taken and food served to those tables while we were still waiting. Even after asking another member of staff if we could order food no one took an order from us! We weren?t the only table either, another lady on her own even gave up and left without having ordered as no one seemed to know what was going on or who had ordered food. We finally gave up hope of having some food and left at 12:45. Having waitresses myself for 7yrs I have never seen such a badly managed restaurant.
We then tried to go to the deli bar in the main farm Shop which was also bare!
This is the first weekend of the school holidays so I expected it to be busy but it wasn?t as busy as I have seen it in the past. Millets has always been a favourite place of mine to go but I am in no rush to return.

Stopped in for some lunch with a toddler?..
I ordered chips for us which were very well cooked but also very salty especially for a young child?..luckily I had bought some fruit and snacks for the day that I could give her instead.
The cafe is very set up for young children with chairs and fresh water available and even a microwave?.we sat in one of the smaller rooms to eat as the family area can get very crowded and noisy even in term time

Went onfathers day for lunch, wish we hadn't. Lamb kofta was as hard and dry as golf balls. Chicken Kiev was dry and luke warm chips cold and horrible. The only good thing was the coffee. Whoever was cooking needs some training.

What a great place. I've been several times now for a coffee and pastry breakfast. Both are always excellent. Service is as quick as it can be in a popular cafe, which is fine. Certainly isn't slow. Great selection of breakfast food.
I love the divisions of the quiet area for adults to have a nice chat separated from the family area with a mix in between. Lots of outdoor seating too. Brilliant.

On arrival just after 12pm we join what seemed like a very long queue at the Restaurant Entrance, but within 10 minutes we were seated in the quiet area ( we very much appreciated this on a rather lively bank holiday Monday) by a very helpful and friendly lady greeting us at in the queue at the door. We have been here on many occasions and as always the slick ordering process was faultless and our food arrived piping hot within a short space of time. 3 of our party had the Chicken Kiev and myself and my son had a sour dough pizza each. All of the meals we would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely meal and atmosphere, we WILL definitely be back.

Treated myself to lunch today. I had a much better experience than my last visit as there were more staff and hence a quicker service.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, my cottage pie was delicious and they make the best mocha. Just a shame they don't serve breakfast all day!
Well done, I will be back.

Loved it here! We played miniature golf and went in the soft play for my son?s 2nd birthday and the facilities were great. Looking forward to returning.

They don't serve hot food 11-11.30 which isn't advertised anywhere. For a family place this is hard as it's when young children often eat. Yes they do sandwiches but a shame not to have a hot option in a restaurant. If it were advertised on the door that this was the case it would reduce disappointment.
Chocolate cake tasted very mass produced and actually not very nice. Tasty scones. It's pretty inside with plenty of high chairs.
Toilets are clean.
Dry veg sticks in children's lunch bag.

Millets farm on a whole is lovely. After doing a PYO pumpkin it was nice to come into the Farmhouse Kitchen and have a warm bowl of cheesy chips which weren?t on the menu but they were happy to do. The queuing to order was slightly chaotic and slow moving with people cutting in front in the queue which is quite distracting, but the staff were all very nice and pleasant. All in all it was a lovely place to sit and have some warm food.

Ok food but quite expensive. The chicken burger was very disappointing at £15.

At 12:30 on a Sunday a staff member told us the kitchen did not had the capacity to take any new orders
