“Lovely staff i went in today around 5pm a lovely cheery lady was working behind the till she asked if i was okay when looking at car oil i said to be honest i have no idea what im looking for but i think my oils low she said il come get someone to help you a lovely gent come out he checked my car oil level first whilst my 7 year old was asking the lady to keep her choclate and crisps safe whilst we went outside of course it was no problem oil checked said its half way i said okay il get it filled up he filled it up for me and went about his day. If i was left to my own devices i would of got the wrong oil and put it in the wrong part of the car and an expensive garage bill ive been to many petrol station that wouldnt even help with my screenwash but the lady offered the help as she could see i was struggling. Lovely staff! Exceptional customer service x”
