New Junior stylist Emily cut and dried my very thick, very long hair and did an amazing job. Not easy cutting my hair. Probably the best haircut I've had in 10yrs!!!Also loved getting my doggy cuddles in with Dunston, the uber friendly shop dog. ? ?

I booked a haircut, I just needed a trim, the right amount was removed; however when I got home and looked closely in the mirror the cut was uneven around my ears. I'm now looking forward to getting my hair trimmed again, but not at VIP. Disappointed.

I had nail extensions with Becky, for my sons wedding.Becky was really friendly and professional, and there was no hard sell to maintain them. Am really pleased with the results.For me personally, they're totally impractical, so I won't keep them up, but if you're a bit more "girly" than I am, or you have a special occasion, I can definitely recommend Becky.
