Elice and Emily are very kind and always put a smile on my face.I realy enjoy going there.All the Costa staff are very helpful.The food is very good.The employees are very polite and helpful.The atmosphere is very nice and the service is great.

I was served by 2 ladies today Georgia and Emily. They both were very happy and created and lovely atmosphere in the shop, definitely will be back to get another frappe for sure

I went to Costa in Marlborough st Faringdon today with a client who has learning disability, I was very thirsty but couldn't get my card to work and my client was demanding too much of my attention. I paid for his meals and the ladies on shift offered me a cold drink since it was extremely hot. Thank you for your generosity. It means a lot. ?. I'll recommend more clients in for a drink because I'm sure they'll get good service. ??

Good coffee. Good staff. Disgusting toilets and windows had about 6 weeks worth of flies on the windowsill. Generally very grubby.

No longer allows dogs but doesn't put up a sign to tell you. As there are other independent coffee shops I'm town that do allow well behaved dogs, we'll be going elsewhere in future.

Great staff, always polite and helpful. Prices are a little high but the drinks and the food at worth it. Nice atmosphere in there to. No pressure from the staff to leave as soon as you've finished.. ?

Called in on a Saturday morning, long queue for drive thru, so we sat at the last remaining table inside. Fantastic customer service, a well ?oiled machine? incredibly efficient and quick. The guy on the till seemed to be in charge, everything was just how you would want things to be: clean, hot and appetising - thank you.
