I am very pleased with, though not surprised by, the service I received recently from OMS. I have always found the staff there pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.Sam Murray, who looked after me on this occasion was all these things, but he went further. Not only did he explain how to resolve the virus problem clearly and simply and guided me through the steps to be taken with patience and clarity, he approached the more intractable laptop problem (new to him) with determination and perseverance, researching a possible solution, discussing it with a colleague and guiding me again through the steps necessary to solve it, which he did.I consider my ignorance of such matters as pretty much invincible, but, with his gentle manner, he gave me confidence, hope and finally success. Both my devices are working normally and it is purely down to him. He is valuable member of your team and you are fortunate indeed to have him.

I am so grateful to the member of the OMSUK team who helped me with a particularly intractable problem. It took time and expertise to sort it, and I could not possibly have got my laptop working again without the patient and friendly help so cheerfully provided.

I cannot say how satisfied I am with the service and understanding of the staff at OMS. They always manage to sort any issues even though My knowledge of computers and other digital equipment is very limited.

Huge thanks and appreciation to Michael, for arranging and to Sam, the tech support superstar! For setting up my new Mac Book Air so quickly and brilliantly from my old faithful 2008 (Sam was six years old he told me! lol) Mac Book Pro. This is a game changer for me, mid job search. Had a replacement battery installed in a MacBook Air. Even if you're local to Eynsham, I'd recommend phoning first as they needed me to tell them the serial number before they could order the part. This means you might need to wait a few days before they can book you in to have it installed, but you can hang on to your laptop until then. Took it in at 11am on the day it was booked in and it was all done in around 45 minutes. Good service!

As a non-techie person, I was impressed with both the technical support (lots of 'little things' that weren't right which were all explained in language I could understand) as well as the customer-centric approach. I couldn't fault the quality of work nor the speed of service, and followup offer to ensure the whole repair lifecycle was completed was appreciated.I will return for advice and any further work that is required.
