Miserable customer service from the man. He made a mistake in my daughter's order told me he can't do anything about it if he's unable to meet up with time. Thats was crazy to think he's dealing with kids. Awfully Miserable

I ordered a school blazer on Saturday 26th October. On the same date I received an email stating that my intem has been processed and packed, dispatched and awaiting collection. On Tuesday, emailed to follow up as the Royal mail tracking number stated in email was not recognised...no answer, I email again Wednesday...no answer. I call on Thursday, lady on the phone says
"oh item was sent on Monday but Royal mail tracking number only works after Royal mail deliver" I question this as even I know that's not correct. At 10.30am on Thursdays the tracking number suddenly is recognised and notification states " Your parcel have been left at Oxford parcel office"
So not only was I charged £6.00!!! for delivery, the parcel still haven't arrived 7 days later and the lady in customer service lied to my face.
Not impressed.

Always wonderful service in the shop. Roxy and her team know the local uniform policies of each school and are always great to deal with - even during the madness of Summer Holidays.
Have also shopped online and collected instore, and this system works seamlessly too.

Painful. The service is far too slow, and none of the staff seem to understand their own tills causing even more of a delay. Uniform isn't cheap, so having such poor service makes this store even more frustrating to use. I will however say the staff are friendly, that is the only reason they have 2 stars, but if we could we'd use an alternative

Such a miserable bunch of people!Been a few times but always came away with the same feeling: the customer seems to be an inconvenience to them. Hate that shop with a passion. The guy is lovely, the ladies should really find a better suited job because dealing with customers is definitely not their strength...
