Both keys failed. Grumpy attitude and just gave me a refund. Might be convenient but not cheap either.

Awfull took back a dog tag that had completely worn down after 3 weeks was basically accused of lying After a few minutes he begrudgingly agreed to re ingrave it I then asked to change a simple watch battery on a watch worth £20 and was charged £20! But was given years warranty on battery so that's ok then?? Basically avoid as rude poor service and rip off

Took a passport photo here - he first insisted that there is no shadow in the photo, and then he next insisted that the shadow will go away when he prints the photo. And guess what, after he charged me £29.98, and only managed to mail me ONE of the two copies that I requested, the photo was rejected for 1. Having a shadow. 2. Too dark.
Now I've wasted almost £30 and another day to add to my passport application. Luckily I'm not in a hurry to go anywhere. Others who aren't so lucky, be warned.

Long rant!!! It is not ok.Yesterday (Sat 17th) I left my key for 2 copies to be cut. I collected, went home and realised I have been given someone else's keys. Drive back, hand in the other person's keys, but mine had been given to them and they had not returned. Apologies given to me and I accepted that when the other people come back with my keys to exchange Timpsons will call me. Without being able to open this particular door as I have no spare/ original I'm not the happiest. I call Timpsons just before closing yesterday and they have not been handed in. Fwd to today Sunday and I wait.... No call, no communication from Timpsons and it's 14.20. they close at 15.00.My neighbour realises she has an emergency door key, so I whizz to Timpsons. The key is copied. I ask for a refund for the lost keys and I'm told I was just given these keys for free. Erm, no. I paid £13 for they keys and you gave them to someone else. You have lost my keys. Still no refund. I was told I would get my keys if they are handed back in.Frustrated, but glad to have keys I leave. So... The keys have not been cut effectively as they are stiff and don't work in my lock. Checked the original and that works fine. I am so cross!! I will have to go back which will be my 5th journey.This is not ok.

Excellent service received today when I needed new casing for my car key. Steve was really helpful and even sorted out a new battery for my spare car key and made sure both were working before I left. Highly recommended for price and service!

Unable to rate service, as place was closed before official closing time (supposedly it should be open until 18:00 on Wednesdays. Very disappointing.

Very unprofessional attitude and poor service. We went there to get passport photos taken for our son's US passport application at around 9.30 in the morning - half an hour after the opening time stated both on Google and on the door of the business - and there was no-one to be seen. Enquired in Tesco and were told that they "usually open around 10", i.e. when someone actually turns up rather than at their scheduled opening time.We were just leaving the Tesco car park when we saw that they were opening, and so giving them the benefit of the doubt went back to enquire. The man who was there could not have been less interested had he tried - first said that he would have to see if he had the specifications, and then within seconds and without even logging on to the computer, said that he couldn't do it. Clearly it was too much effort to check properly and we left with the clear impression that he just couldn't be bothered to serve us.A very poor way to conduct a business.

02/05/23 Ruined my shoe, I wanted to glue the sole, but now glue is everywhere, can?t recommend enough to shoe repair unfortunately. Also not sure how long it will last.05/05/23Lasted less than an hour. What a poor service, I don?t know how Timson survived so far?.

My car key broke off from the fob. Steve was extremely, polite, helpful and kind. He did some research and took his time in trying to sort it out for me saving me a trip to Abingdon. He managed to make a plan and I got a brand new key at a fraction of the cost that the dealers wanted. Excellent, top class service. I would highly recommend it.
