Awfull took back a dog tag that had completely worn down after 3 weeks was basically accused of lying After a few minutes he begrudgingly agreed to re ingrave it I then asked to change a simple watch battery on a watch worth £20 and was charged £20! But was given years warranty on battery so that's ok then?? Basically...
