I have recently completed the sale of my late Mother's bungalow. The majority of my dealings were with Nick, who was excellent. My Mother's bungalow had severe water damage from burst pipes and had not been lived in for a long while. In addition, my personal circumstances meant I was unable to devote time and effort with the sale.Nick advised how to market the property, arranged for it to be checked over and cleaned up ready for viewings. I did not have to do anything except approve his suggestions. Once we had a buyer and as Nick was on holiday, George took over. He recommended an excellent company to empty the bungalow and dealt with the final details.I could not praise them both highly enough.

We worked with Luke Crawshaw on the purchase of our first home. From the initial viewing, all the way to completion, Luke was not only professional but personable, and we can?t recommend and thank him enough. He was always on the end of the phone/email to answer any questions we had. Massive thank you Luke!!Also a big thank you to the rest of the team, who were super helpful in Lukes absence.

If you're considering buying or selling a property, I highly recommend Thomas Merrifield in Didcot. As a first-time buyer, I viewed at least five properties with different agents, but Thomas Merrifield stood out. They were the only agency that adjusted their valuation according to the current housing market conditions. Unlike other agents who were still valuing properties £20K higher based on historical data, Thomas Merrifield recognized the unique challenges of the present situation, such as high-interest rates and an inflationary environment. Joe was fantastic, as we were buying our new house, Joe went out of his way to explain everything to us in layman?s terms. No phone call was too much, no email or query to small to deal with. We recently sold our house through Thomas Merrifield and were very happy with the service provided. Luke was very professional from the start with realistic expectations on price. We were lucky to sell within days of it going on the market and all went relatively smoothly. Luke managed to find us a removal company at the last minute and sorted out a small mishap that happened on the day of moving out. Thank you Luke.

If you need a rental property I can?t recommend this Thomas merrifield enough.They helped us renting a property in Didcot while we were still living in the Netherlands.From day 1 they delivered and never broke our trust. Every question I had was answered quickly and clear. After arriving in Didcot and meeting the letting team and seeing their interaction with other customers I can honestly say that these people love to help out and make sure you get the property you want. George dealt with our case from day one and he has been efficient throughout the process. His valuation was accurate, and he was quite successful in arranging quality viewing which resulted in an offer that we accepted.
