Had a wonderful experience at Prezzo Didcot, wonderful food and was looked after by Danny who was amazing! He is such a valid employee to Prezzos Didcot. Always goes out of his way for customer service. So polite, and his service is amazing. Taylor the waitress was amazing as well. Well done Prezzo Didcot for such fab food and such excellent staff.

Staff have always been friendly to me when I go there, and have helped me find/look for things. They didn't have any safety pins, which seems strange for an arts and crafts shop, but otherwise the stock it very good. They do stock a lot of cheap things, but they have decent quality art supplies too, like Faber and castle.

Honestly the rudest The Works staff I've ever come across. I usually go to the branch in Oxford where the people are lovely, but I dared to visit the Didcot shop on occasion. Never again. Craft stores are supposed to be friendly and welcoming but both my visits here left me feeling embarrassed and/or offended by the staff's behavior. Particularly the store manager Louise, who I witnessed arguing with other people too, so I can only assume it's a regular occurrence. Go to the one in Oxford or Newbury instead.

Took advantage of the 25% off your bill deal. Haven?t been to Prezzo for a while. The staff a really nice & very helpful. My husband & I had Calzoni ( folded pizza ) it was full of assorted meat & cheese. It?s so easy plenty of parking. We?ll worth a visit.

Note this is not regarding service in the restaurant. Ordered via Deliveroo. Food arrived within estimated time - great. Food tasted good - great. Food arrived cold. Not even warm. Cold. Complained to Deliveroo who said as they use insulated boxes and it arrived on time it is not their fault. Assuming pizzas had been sat out before being collected without keeping warm.

Came to Prezzo today for evening meal. Prices have increased but this is the case everywhere. Used Tastecard which does help. Very good gluten free options and our server Danny was great at saying the order back to us and repeating it again when food came due to allergies and talking with us and being super friendly! Very friendly staff throughout the meal as had 3 waiters during the service. Food came quickly and had a good break in between starter and main. Sat outside due to nice weather and Danny was very accommodating offering heater and lights. Food was good quality and portion sizes. Will definitely go again! Had hot drinks which were good - not sure if any option but a free refill would be good!

A family group of 12 of us visited on a Sunday. Friendly, welcoming staff all masked up.The Christmas menu was on the table but the usual one was made available on request. Order was taken efficiently and our order (for12) arrived at the same time, which is always a bonus. The variety and quality of the food was excellent. Excellent evening.

We visited in August & September. Both visits were early afternoon therefore quiet. The service was friendly and food was lovely. Starters of Calamari, hummus, meatballs & pizza to follow. Would definitely be visiting again.

We had travelled from the West Country and couldn?t get into our accommodation for an hour and a half. It was mid afternoon and we had been disappointed not to find a suitable tea shop /cafe in Didcot, but then came across Prezzo, which had the nicest surroundings of the town with silver birch trees around. We think of it as a restaurant, but enquired if they would just do cups of tea, and they were happy to oblige. It was very quiet, and we sat outside and it was very pleasant. Weather was unsettled , but if it had rained there would have been plenty of space under the awning. We had individual pots of Breakfast tea. They also did Earl Grey tea for one of us . As we were also able to use the very clean toilets it proved to be a very welcome interlude.
