Fix the broken charging pod outside Costa Coffee or install more than one pod point! I spent 30 minutes downloading various apps trying to figure out how it works because the sticker has been scraped off and then when I called the helpline they said it?s been decommissioned! A bloody sign would have been helpful. Now only have 90 minutes left of ?free parking? before having to pay for that too! Scandalous

New greedy parking charges on a poorly designed car park. Max 5 hours so don't shop, eat and see a film. Charges now on evenings and Sundays with a parking company of dubious repute. Only 2 hours free so will help to kill off Cineworld. Orchard Centre has shown it treats everyone as cash machines all the while shops are closing.

Now charge after 6pm. So no more free parking if you want to go to the cinema. Even 'free' parking isn't free as you have to register on the app and the service fee is 40p. What a scam.

Be aware!!! The parking operator has a maximum stay of 5hrs which considering this is a location for a cinema and restaurants is unacceptably short. This limit is not clearly signposted throughout the car park. It appears on the normal sized text of the charges which is only visible by the pay machines or a few parking spots. The overstay charge is stated as £100. This is unscrupulous practice by the parking operator.
