I find myself in here often. It has lots of cosmetics to choose from, lots of other toiletries including travel size itmes, a decent perfume counter and the staff are knowledgeable.

Took my son to get his ear pierced on his birthday and the lady in there was awful! Used 2 different guns and it didn't work! Tried to tell me it was because he's already had it pierced! He definately has not and now he has refused to go anywhere else to get it done! Ruined his birthday!

I have been using the threading services at Superdrug for around 8 years now. Many of these have been with Anjali who I have found to be courteous, polite and professional at all times. Would highly recommend her.

Refrused threading service 3 minutes before closing as "the boss wouldn't let me".... Travelled 25 minutes for the sole purpose of getting my eyebrows threaded to be refused even though I was within the opening times.I came last week and nobody was at the stand either.I am open to suggestions of somewhere else near the area for threading as I won't be wasting my time again.

During my visit to Superdrug Didcot today, my shopping experience took a turn for the worse at the counter. As the cashier was packaging my items, my eye pencil accidentally fell, opening and touching the floor. Surprisingly, the cashier displayed a lack of concern, carelessly tossing the contaminated pencil back into the bag without offering any apology. Although I initially chose to keep my frustration to myself and quietly exit the store, a subsequent review of my receipt revealed an unexpected overcharge on the damaged item. Hoping to address this issue, I returned to the store, only to find the Asian girl at the counter. She loudly exclaimed to the manager, "Oh, she wants a refund!" This drew unnecessary attention and made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. This attention drew unnecessary discomfort, so I stated that I wanted a refund for all six items. She responded with, "Oh, she now wants all the items refunded." I preferred getting a refund, even if it takes 24 hours to process. I am not going to this shop again. In the future, I might opt for online purchases to avoid such inconveniences and unpleasant interactions at the counter. I consistently have the worst experience there, as the staff is not polite. I believe it's better to purchase items elsewhere.

Staff are rude. Especially the girl with the bleach blonde dyed hair. Didn?t want to help me at all. Lot?s of queueing issues. Don?t shop here.

Very large Superdrug store, but only Health and beauty products, and dominated by the beauty side. No Pharmacy and only about 2 isles of health care.

I like this superdrug. But there is a lady that works there that's rude. She is not English I couldn't catch her name, she was wearing a pink top. Very uncomfortable.. Rest of the staff seems fine and polite

This is a lovely store and always well stocked. However, they NEED to sort out the queuing at the till. It?s happened almost every time for the past 4-6 months that there?s only one person manning it and the queue grows longer and longer. Surely there are other staff who can help, and if there aren?t then they need to be trained on that task.
