I am honestly heartbroken at the new touch screens that have been put in. Subway used to be an experience. The creation of the sandwhich is an art form that was entertaining to watch. They have stripped that experience away and replaced it with touchscreens to order your food???

Customer service is excellent! The staff went over and beyond to help my family.
My heartfelt thanks for helping us as my son has a severe disability and needed extra support. The food was delicious! It was quick, healthy, and a very easy way to feed my family. Thank you Didcot Subway for your kindness.

Have ordered twice and got wrong items bith times. Ordered through deliveroo and cheese was missing from all 3 subs. Called restaurant and they said to eat subs and then contact Deliveroo for refund. Deliveroo require photos of the food to issue a refund. I am sure the restaurant knew this!!! Today I ordered 2 similar subs direct on subway app. There was no option to have toasted so they stuck the subs in the grill afterwards to warm them up. This did not melt the cheese but did heat up the mayonnaise and lettuce!!!. Only to find when we got home that there was salad in both. Only one ordered with salad. Called restaurant and got told could have 10% off if I bought another one. Really bad customer service as 4 out of 5 subs wrong. Restaurant is also looking dirty. Such a shame as used to be really good

Previously rated this highly after the refurb but since then iv noticed much lower quality when the shop has over 2 customers, they cut corners on the toasting which ruins the subs. Just had a breakwich that tasted like puke

It's not what it was - sub of the day is long gone - and it's not a place you could go to regularly anymore. Food is usually fine though although very hot inside as air conditioning hasn't been on for weeks.
