I am honestly heartbroken at the new touch screens that have been put in. Subway used to be an experience. The creation of the sandwhich is an art form that was entertaining to watch. They have stripped that experience away and replaced it with touchscreens to order your food???

Customer service is excellent! The staff went over and beyond to help my family. My heartfelt thanks for helping us as my son has a severe disability and needed extra support. The food was delicious! It was quick, healthy, and a very easy way to feed my family. Thank you Didcot Subway for your kindness.

Have ordered twice and got wrong items bith times. Ordered through deliveroo and cheese was missing from all 3 subs. Called restaurant and they said to eat subs and then contact Deliveroo for refund. Deliveroo require photos of the food to issue a refund. I am sure the restaurant knew this!!! Today I ordered 2 similar... read full comment
