I think I've just met the rudest person in Hospitality I've ever met. On asking why the drinks were all warm and no cold I was told that the fridge was broken and that if I wanted a cold drink should pay for it to be fixed. And that it's got nothing to do with me. This lady works in a busy station where meet and greet are the essence of her job. However she has it seems no skills in Hospitality in fact has no skills at all. I feel her presence within this position would hinder any progression this small store would like to gain. Get rid. She is a disgrace and RUDE is one of many words I could put but won't because if this platform.

I went in and grabbed 2 bottles of 500ml still Spar branded water, went to the counter expecting to pay a reasonable price, got charged £3.98!!!! (£1.99 each)! Absolute ripoff

Miserable and rude staff. Got a glare from the male staff member. Very expensive. Walked in, looked at prices, then walked out. Very small, claustrophobic shop. Avoid.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Spar Didcot Station Shop recently. I went in to send a parcel for the first time and was met with a rude and impatient attitude from a female shop assistant, likely in her 50s. Rather than offering help or guidance, she seemed irritated that I didn?t already know the process. Her dismissive tone and unfriendly demeanor made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed for simply asking a question. Basic courtesy and customer service were clearly lacking. It was enough to make me think twice about using this location again.

Lady behind the counter was very rude and made sarcastic comments when I told her to have a great day. Would advise shopping elsewhere

The two women working in the store are very rude. I visited the store this morning and was shocked by their rudest behaviour. Not ready to help the customer, showing rude face and responding rudely(angrily) for the questions asked. I had a very bad experience overall this morning from this store. Ill never visit this store again.
I can see here that many customers received the same experience from this store. I really hope that the action will be taken against this two women for the betterment of this store.
I wanted to give zero star but it is not letting me to post unless I select one star.

Not very good servis in didcot spar at station very rude management should get some new staff in i see they dont stay long towork there must be the manager and daughter andno help from them and very expensive

Prices are massively inflated but I could stomach that if the staff weren?t so bloody rude! Made a comment in jest about the prices being high and was bluntly told ?So? and that it was a railway station. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can.

Very expensive but that?s a given.
Every time I have popped in to grab some lunch the staff are always grumpy and miserable. Not welcoming don?t even get a thank you let alone smile. They all look like they hate working there and customers seem like they are a huge pain and inconvenience for the staff when wanting to buy even a can of Fanta.

I saw the rating on my way to the shop so when I said I was doing a return and the lady Nico something looked at me like an episode of Barbie with the comical head shake of derision I thought yep that explains the rating. I can?t understand why people enter these jobs with this sour attitude

Visit this store as a last resort. Worst customer service and the rudest women serving the counter, first of all they treat you as if they are giving away stuff for free while every item is priced 3 to 4 times the retail price. When I asked for an item she frowned and started insulting me by saying ? you should say please and thank you after every sentence- these are manners? . I am not surprised why so many negative reviews about this store, how are they allowed to even run that store with such rude behavior ? Don?t want to see that unpleasant woman ever !
