So painfully slow. Didn't accept one note as it had a slight tear in it. On going through a second time didn't accept another note. Didn't tell me my rate of exchange until the end when I felt I had to accept it as there was a huge queue behind me. I feel like I have had £50 stolen from because of disgusting rate and a perfectly fine unaccepted bill. Not good enough and very unprofessionally slow service.
