So slow ? balance day shouldn't take the main person off the counter and leave 2 very inexperienced people to deal with an ever increasing queue especially in the run up to Christmas

If you've got grey hair or they know you, the staff will chat with you forever and meander their way slowly through whatever task they're doing. Otherwise they're about as friendly as the Grinch and appear to make zero effort to keep the queue moving even when there's over half a dozen people waiting.
