One star is generous!
I was looking for help setting up a new phone but was instead greeted by an unprofessional, uncaring, uncooperative manager who puts the A$$ in assistance.
There was a total lack of manners and common sense when it came to answering my questions and it proved to be a masterclass in incompetence.
The tone was dismissive and rude. I was constantly being talked over and was stunned to witness such a tour de force of hopelessness.
By all means visit this shop to slow clap at the ineptitude. But do avoid if you need help with a phone.

What a joke
Upgraded my phone on tuesday
Got home to find couldn't receive calls or texts
Went back to find they were shut due to staff shortage
Had to travel to Manchester and back the next day with no Internet banking and no way to receive calls on my own
Went back to shop today to be told thattheteead nothing they could do due to me having no idea
Manager Aaron was very rude and offhand and unsympathetic and made a comment as I walked out
Absolutely disgusted
Rang o2 and went through security with them Went back into shop who then (Nathan) got onto his system and sorted everything out for me because I'd passed security on the phone to o2 he could go on shops system
Thank you nathan very kind and helpful but what an absolutely rude scruffy manager you have

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service from this store. After struggling over several days to get answers from the O2 call centre - They were useless, eg suggesting they would have to verify to the mobile phone that we were reporting missing!!! - these guys sorted us out with minimum of fuss and no charge. Highly recommended. Thank you guys.

Fixed my sim card issue in five minutes in store, after spending hours on the phone with O2 customer service the week before with them not being able to come up with a solution. Excellent in store experience. I will go to the store for every interaction I need to have with O2 now.

Had my phone stolen yesterday in didcot town. My phone and contract is with O2 I immediately went into the store to notify them and get my phone barred. When entering the manager didn?t seem bothered at all, no compassion shown nothing what so ever. I had my two young children with me one of which is a baby in a buggy. I was absolutely sobbing to myself and distraught by what had happened. Memories that are on my phone of my 3 children our day to day life and important things. One member of staff was trying to help as such but the main manager was absolutely appalling. I asked if there was anyway I could sign into my iCloud being a store that sells phones and being a valued customer for over 20years and he said no can?t help you whilst proceeding to get his own phone out and scroll through (non work related) while the other member of staff did his best. I will be leaving O2 once my contract is up and I will never go back or recommend to anyone else. Awful customer service towards a supposed valued customer.

Visited this store on Wednesday, after having a terrible experience with the store in Oxford, I was anxious before arriving.Nathan couldn?t have been more helpful or any better able to resolve my problems. If you are having trouble with any other store, make coming here a priority.AWESOME 5* service from these people. They have restored my faith in O2. I just hope O2 realise how good they are

Called into this store to ask for some help with transferring a number and to pay off a device plan. They could be less helpful. There were 4 members of staff and no customers. One came over as his response to any question I had was to call customer service or look at the app. He wouldn't event look at my account. I've never felt so unwelcome in an O2 store before.

Great experience with Imi and Igor. Sorted me out with a good phone and broadband deal. There were a lot of things to consider but they really helped figure out the best deal.
