Nice shop with nice clothes for reasonable prices. Bit short on staff but the shop assistents make the effort for you. Made a little mistake in size when I had to return clothes - but that is human after all. Collect and return works smooth though. A bit more staff and no error in the order would mean five in five.

Went in to try a shirt for a wedding. They gave me a store shirt to try on for size. One that they give to everybody to try on to check size. The shirt was putrid. It stank of stale sweat and it was yellow due to the filth on it, instead of white. I asked if they ever get washed and I was informed that they don?t. This is seriously unhygienic and puts the public in risk of a scabies outbreak. I won?t be buying any more shirts from Next! YUK

Ben and Rachel went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect suit. Initially, my size wasn't available, and we couldn't find my size either, but after their persistence and hard work, we found the correct item. They were both extremely personable and patient through the whole process of finding a suit, and they even offered their own opinions and advice. I would highly recommend Next in Didcot and Ben, as well as Rachel, for their brilliant and patient customer service!

Jake served me and was lovely. Before that, a young woman (sorry, l didn't get your name) with long hair and glasses was really helpful when l couldn't find the exact fit for jeans. Thank you.

Luke was very helpful, visited the store on Sat 20th. You did not have a particular item in store in my size. Luke was helpful checking the stock room for different sizes etc and alternative colours.

Bought some kids shoes that were poorly made and started coming apart the first day they were worn. Store manager incredibly rude and wouldn't exchange.
