Very friendly and helpful staff ? especially Evy (apologies if I?ve misspelled the name) ? who always welcomes guests with a smile. The managers take allergies very seriously and go the extra mile to show you allergen details with care.

Last 2 orders have been incorrect, items missing, no sauces, no peri salt, the bare minimum. Latest order features a gravy we didn?t order which leaked and covered the inside of the bag, ruined most of the rest of our order. Made especially painful by the fact that it was a big order (£60+)? just a slap in the face and not sure what the point is in ordering from this branch anymore. Service used to be good btw, difference is night & day now?

Nando?s in Didcot ! Really lovely and friendly service from Isobel when out for dinner with a friend! Isobel was very welcoming, had a lovely aura and very chatty!! 10/10 service :)

Drinks machine not working; this was on a hot July day. Was promised water instead, but not delivered. The only water was from the self service ice-cube mahine. But didn't want to drink water based on the ice-cubes.

We visited Nando?s to celebrate Father?s Day early and arrived an hour before closing as a group of seven. The restaurant was not busy? there were still other customers dining, and a group of four was seated just before us with no issue.
When I asked a staff member if they could accommodate our group, she looked visibly irritated but said yes. She walked towards the kitchen area, looked back at us once she thought she was out of view, and began loudly shouting and slamming objects. Other staff members came around the corner and stared at us. She eventually came back out and started moving tables, all while rolling her eyes and whispering to colleagues, who continued to watch us.
The entire interaction made us feel extremely unwelcome, so we decided to leave. Before we did, I calmly asked her why she agreed to seat us only to turn around and complain to her coworkers. She became defensive and said it was a ?misunderstanding.? Her colleagues laughed in the background? clearly aware of what had just happened.
I?ve never left a bad review before, but this experience felt like more than just bad service? it felt personal. The group before us were white. We are people of colour. The difference in treatment was so blatant that it felt racially motivated. If she had an issue seating us, she could have said so from the beginning rather than mocking us behind our backs and then acting surprised when she got called out.
Customer service roles require a basic level of respect, professionalism, and emotional intelligence? none of which were demonstrated during our visit. If this is considered acceptable behaviour by the team, then I strongly suggest additional staff training or reassessing whether customer-facing roles are appropriate for some employees.

Remember when the butterfly chicken was a decent chunk of meat? Well now it?s the size of two chicken nuggets. Place was packed with 20 minute table wait but they?re still being cheap with portions. Corporate greed.

Great location in Orchard Retail Park. Free parking for first 2 hours which is plenty of time to have a meal. Service with a smile. Nice tee-pee like booth to sit in/ under?! Quick food delivery. Tasty. Noting to complain about.

Ordered chicken livers ... manager appeared at table saying they had none ....expected me to pick something else immediately !!! ... he went away and never came back until we aske the waitress twice! .. went for cesar salad ... it was horrible

The usual amazing food of a Nando?s but the staff in particular really are a credit to the place. Jordan and Scarlet were the two interacted with who really lit up the place.

Arrived about 4:45pm & got in immediately. Completed the necessary tracing & tracking information and were shown to a table. Good explanation by staff as to how ordering a meal had again changed. A couple of issues with the use of the app and website but eventually sorted them out and submitted order. Received a discount because there was a Nandos' promotion for grandparents. Starters arrived quickly and were very tasty as were the mains which also arrived swiftly. Food was hot and portion size was really good. Had family platter and family chips + a number of other sides. Staff were attentive and polite + both helpful and pleasant. Overall a really good and positive experience.
Went this evening at around 5pm. As on previous post the service was swift and efficient. Ordering was straightforward and there were no issues encountered. The accompanying grandchildren were mimicking a plague of locusts as spiced nuts, humous & pitta bread as well as sweet potato wedges & mayo were swiftly demolished followed by the chicken and chips. The red reward came in handy!!!!! The whole meal was spot on and you could tell everyone was focused on the food as silence was golden. All that could be heard was the clank of fighting irons!!!
