Most miserable, unhelpful staff members I?ve ever come across! And considering they are dealing with mostly ill individuals, you would think they have a bit more patience and manners!!! Shocking!! This is not the first time!!!

Staff always seem overworked. Asked for a blood pressure test which they have advertised in 3 places in the shop and was simply told "no - we're too busy" when asked if there was a better time I was told "no" . Why advertise it then?Staff are often cold and unfriendly. Literally the only good thing about it is its attached to the doctors surgery.

If I could give 0 I would, I?m absolutely appalled!I have a prescription sent to Lloyds pharmacy about a week ago and I hadn?t heard anything back (after receiving a notification saying I would receive a text when it?s available). I called today and they said it was there so I went to collect it, I paid and took the medication outside and opened them to take one as this is a medication I need and haven?t had in a while due to waiting. I opened the white bag and went straight back in as it was the wrong prescription. At first they didn?t seem to want to help me and I showed them proof that the prescription was sent to them, in the end the checked the spine and found it had got stuck on the system, so they did the prescription for me. I was then asked to pay and I explained I had just paid for the other medication which was incorrect, 3 members of staff began to talk down on me and tell me they would have to burn the medication now so I need to pay for the others. I was calm and said I appreciate it?s not their fault but it also isn?t mine, I had literally been served and left the pharmacy for 1 second and returned straight away. In the end a lady said ?just give them to her I can?t be bothered to argue? I then explained I?m not trying to argue I just can?t afford to pay twice. A man member of staff then began to shout at me and intimidate me and told me I should have checked the medication before I left, I explained that I will do that from now on but I have never known anyone to do that. He continued to shout at me and I?ve left in tears as a young woman with anxiety, being intimidated infront of not only the other members of staff, but also other customers, by a man, was upsetting and humiliating. I will be telling people about this situation and recommending people do not come here! I am disgusted!

My experience here has generally been OK until now. I received an unsolicited email suggesting I book my flu jab. Being over 55 I could do this from 15th October but as I work in primary healthcare I can book before this date. On going into the app I booked 13th October. I get a phone message this week that just says " I am phoning you to tell you I am cancelling your flu jab on 13th October". No explanation . No advice. The earliest i could rebook here was January. Gone elsewhere. Shocking

quick and friendly but an aura of thus is nhss fault as if you get a prescription ite off the dictor you have to submit it at least a week ago plus a few days. to give them time to read it, check signature of doctor make it up, check it into a basket label it. etc etc and get it ready for you, they do offer a magic solution but you would have to be in then to get it! Especially as some stuff needs keeping in the fridge till its opened, and shaken before use, remove air bubbles, if you self inject. Then used completely within a few days - its no good shaking the patient after!an old bag was in the pharmacy i went to in Henley she was american she gave the assistant and the pharmacist shit because they didnt have easy to swallow medicines she needed as could choke and lived on her own (! no wonder) The stuff she bought was in a dark bottle so she couldnt tell it wasnt small without opening the pharmacist wouldnt give her her money back as it was an opened medicine.personally I think the nhs may be cutting back because of too many people here all require seeing to now! but this is a case of possibly lack of discretion and sub continent pharmacists plus perhaps slightly belligerent customers ? If it were me I couldve maybe crushed the pills between a desert spoon and a tea spoon, swallowed with water or little milk maybe? didnt know if it were a gel or other liquid inside the tablet though. All i do know is I wouldnt have spoken to the pharmacist like that. It does no one any good especially with semi official persons like those from the sub continent who quite rightly in this case stated their ground and held then to shop policy well maybe.regards

It takes them 15 minutes to see whether something is in stock. Then takes another 15 minutes to fulfill the prescription and dispense the medication. 30 minutes and there's three of them working behind the counter! Happens every time! The Boots pharmacy in the Orchard centre does the same in 2 minutes and is cheaper! Honestly, this place needs a process engineer to perform a serious shake up of their "system"! Boots for the win peeps, trust me.

My partner had ordered hi prescription the way he was supposed to via the doctors email. He emailed them on Wednesday, a week later we went to collect the prescription and they have informed him that it wasn't ready as they didn't get the note until Saturday, and when we told the doctors they told us they told the pharmacy on Thursday. Appalling service. Such a disgrace. When my partner has a few days medication left and needs the prescription what is he meant to do?

I very rarely leave reviews on Google as I feel its one sided and that issues are best dealt with in house.However, after a whole year of shocking service from this Pharmacy I felt compelled to leave this. They wouldn't listen to me in the shop.Today I called the Doctors surgery to check my repeat prescription had gone over to the pharmacy. The reason I called ahead is that every single time in the last year there has been an issue and it cant be found or it never came from the Doctor or something else.The receptionist at the Doctor informed me it had gone across two days earlier, She assured me it would be ready.Upon arrival to Lloyds I wasn't asked my name but when I ordered the repeat, as soon as i said that I ordered it 4 days ago she said " its probably not here as it takes 7 days. i explained my call earlier and she continued to point and stay it takes 7 days.Finally when I told her of my conversation with the surgery and she could see I was agitated she asked my name. I probed as to why the Doctor would say one thing if the process was another. She continued to prove her point that 7 days were 7 days. Whilst she was doing this her colleague found my medication. NO apology, she asked if i paid and showed me the PDQ machine.There were so many flaws in how she treated me, not least her lack of empathy that i may be ill, not even an understanding i may really need my meds and to look for them before spouting 7 days at me.Her lack of smile, her inability to be polite, the lack of apology, the total and utter lack of regard about my saying the Doctor said they were in.This is not the first time this behaviour has been displayed by the women in this pharmacy, its custom and practise. Never once are the kind, gracious or even close to offering any level of customer care.Telling my mother the story later she said ' oh i know, me and my neighbour have both move our pharmacy to DAY LEWIS in Dicot.Shame on you Lloyds, shame on you.I will be copying this long note to your head office just to be sure you receive it and take action, retrain or replace your team is all I will say.
