I'm sad to say that I have stopped using this dry cleaners now. Last year in October we had a wedding to attend so I had my husbands shirt dry cleaned a few days beforehand. I went to collect it and the lady said she'd lost. I am too worried now to hand over any of my expensive or vintage items that can't be replaced easily.

This is the worst service I?ve received in a long time.
Don?t give these people anything you care about. The dry cleaners on the high street (Neater) is much better!
I took my watch to have the battery replaced in January. The back was not replaced properly and fell off, so it took it back it be refitted. This was done, but in the process the watch was hit against the counter several times (presumably to ensure the back was attached properly). At home I discovered this had caused the crown to fall out and be lost. I then contacted customer services. They were very unhelpful, and just told me to go back to the store, who had already broken my watch twice. I did this as I could see no alternative and was assured the crown would be replaced with the same one. After a month I have now received my watch back, but with a different crown.

I bought my jeans on the 9th Jan 2024 to shorten the length, and I was told it would take around 3 weeks.Three weeks later, I popped in to check whether it was done. The lady (with an Indian/Pakistani ethnic background) was very rude and not helpful at all. She kept saying if I didn?t get the text message, then I had to wait.17th Feb, Six weeks after initially dropping off my jeans for alteration, I revisited the store in hopes of finally retrieving my item. Regrettably, I encountered the same rude Asian lady, whose demeanor remained unchanged. I asked how long I had to wait if I never got the text message. ?No text message, no jeans? was what she said, which I found both unprofessional and unacceptable.Today, 3rd Mar, a total of eight weeks since the commencement of the alteration process, I was served by a different lady called Lynn, who has a slightly American accent, and she was so lovely and friendly. She apologised for the long wait, and after checking on the system, she found out that my jeans were back in the store three weeks ago!! I didn?t get any text messages, and more importantly, I could?ve got my jeans back on the 17th Feb if that horrible, rude Asian lady could be as helpful as Lynn was!!Proper customer service training is urgently needed, especially for that rude Asian lady!

I had to get my three piece dinner suit, dry cleaned ASAP, the lady at the counter understood my request, and was able to help me, get my suite back the same day.A first class service from a first class employee of Johnson the cleaners.Thank you so much.

I brought in a jacket for dry cleaning and a pair of jeans for repair. The jacket came back shrunken and the jeans had extremely bad stitching. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of service, the shop manager reacted in a very rude and dismissive way.Later, I talked to Johnsons customer support. They immediately apologized and offered me a refund.Overall, my experience with Johnsons was very good and I'm sure there are many wonderful branches, but I wouldn't recommend this particular branch.Service: Alterations

Expensive and careless. Just discovered that a suit that I had dry cleaned by them a few months ago has considerable damage to the cuffs and collar. Of course it is now too late to return and complain but the damage is done and a suit I have worn twice is irreparably damaged. Just avoid this place.
