Just visited the Didcot store 2.30 was told 35 pounds on a piece of furniture , went to the till to pay. Apparantly the assistant manager, Jemma who was very rude said no way its 95 pounds thats what we have it up for on facebook what a cheek. She's been changing her story ever since about a manager and saying the guy that quoted was just a volunteer. First time there, awful experience, don't go. Dodgy dealingsand lies, changing her stories nasty customer service..updated i thank Shaun the manager for resolving the situation and meeting in the middle and because of that i give you five stars thankyou guys for clearing up the misunderstanding some very good furniture

No offence to anyone, But Delivery system and service is bad. Clearly staff doesn't want to help move furniture, just want to leave the items and walk away. 2nd bad experience for delivery which is charged.

Fantastic, warm and friendly shop. I've used them twice for furniture. The first time they went over and above, delivering the sofa the same day! I was so grateful. The team there is lovely. I can't recommend them enough.

We rang on Monday, 24 Jan 2022, was asked to Email with the photos which was duly done and was told that the pick up is done on Mondays, Thursday or Saturday. Didn't hear back for a couple of days so we followed up on Wednesday, 26 Jan 2022 and were told that they would accept the sideboard but not the bookshelf, and we would have to take the sideboard ourselves to the shop in Didcot as it would not be cost effective to have their van come and collect from Wallingford.

This is a brilliant charity shop. A huge range of stuff in a big space. This is in part because the staff are accommodating and the shop can accept a wider variety of donations like furniture and electrical goods.

I brought what I was told was a single headboard but it wasn't it was too big so I took it back to get a refund and was told quite rudely that we don't give refunds even though when I brought it I asked the lady that was serving me that if it wasn't right could I bring it back and get a refund which she replied"yes thats no problem but when I took it back today's the man that was there was really rude and said we don't give refunds for it being the wrong size I have used this shop alot over the years I'm afraid that I won't be anymore if the people that work here are that rude and have no idea about there returns policy
